Sunrise Movement & Meditation

  • She Believe 30 Elanda Street Sunshine Beach, QLD, 4567 Australia (map)

Alarmingly, in Australia 1 person is diagnosed with Neuroendocrine Cancer every 90 mins; it’s the 7th most commonly diagnosed cancer and yet most people have never heard of it.

But on World Neuroendocrine Cancer Day (10 November 2025), we had a chance to change that - and thats exactly what we did. It wasn’t loud, it was fuelled by love… just as I intended.

45 incredible humans joined me on Noosa Main Beach for a magical Sunrise Movement & Meditation session.

It was dark & drizzling on my drive over, but as soon as I stepped onto the sand, the clouds parted & the rain stopped. During the breathwork, the waves were gently rolling in, my brother was guiding everyone through a powerful breathwork, Ria was strumming her guitar, the sun was shining, the moon was glowing… and a rainbow appeared.

Honestly, pinch me 🌅🧘🏽‍♀️🌊☀️🌈✨🧡

I can’t help but feel that the morning was representative of my journey to date – dark clouds, glimmers of light, a sprinkle of magic and an abundance of love.

We raised just shy of $3,000 for Neuroendocrine Cancer Australia which is absolutely UNBELIEVABLE - people who weren’t even there donated. Sometimes there are just no words 😭

But above all, yesterday reminded me how grateful I am.

🙏🏽 Grateful for my life
🙏🏽 Grateful for my family, friends & community (including you!)
🙏🏽 Grateful to the doctors and healers who are helping me prove I’m curable
🙏🏽 Grateful for the magic at play within and around me
🙏🏽 Grateful to Neuroendocrine Cancer Australia for their unwavering support
🙏🏽 Grateful for the humans who showed up to support me yesterday, and every day
🙏🏽 Grateful to the sponsors who have made yesterday possible

Life is so precious and beautiful, and everything about yesterday - the place, the experience, the people - really reminded me of that.
