The truth is, it’s been a while since you’ve done something that made you feel nervous and excited at the same time. A hot minute since you’ve danced with your dreams, listened to your intuition or felt the rush of possibility. You want step to out of your shadow and into your light. You’re ready to get out of your head, into your heart and do the damn thing, because you know that the life you crave is waiting on the other side.

Hi I’m Cass, and I’m here to share the love ♡
Since being diagnosed with incurable Cancer, I’m hyper-aware how precious and finite life is. I’ve realised that life is a ticking time bomb that can go off at any minute.
That’s why I’m diving into the darkness, listening to my intuition, taking leaps of faith, widening my lens, opening my heart to new experiences and gathering my observations, lessons learned and successes earned as my mission to prove I’m curable unfolds. Because I want my metamorphosis to set your heart on fire and your spirit free (without the trauma and legwork your gal has had to do!).
Expect me to wear my heart on my sleeve as I dance with and share the messiness and beauty of life, gift you the perspectives that I wish someone had told me before my diagnosis, remind you of your infinite power, and guide you towards your becoming in a raw, real and inspiring way.
It’s about time you show up unwaveringly in service of your heart and healing.

You’ll re-connect with the truest version of yourself through a profound breathwork and meditation with Dave (my incredible brother!); you’ll feel inspired by the realness and rawness of my lived experience of fear; you’ll make sense of it all through some of Brené Brown’s research on courage with Ali (my amazing mum who is also one of Brené’s trusted Certified Dare to Lead™ Facilitators); and you’ll alchemize your own fear into energy and action by working through our tested and proven three (3) step framework. -

Because there’s one thing the scans, blood tests, research and data didn’t take into consideration when delivering your prognosis… and that’s YOU - your mind, your body and your spirit. Thats right sis, you are your superpower.
And if you’re willing to be curious and courageous, I promise you’ll find light in the most impossible and unexpected places.
